Se encuentra cerca de la avenida 5 de mayo por lo que es de fácil acceso hacia al centro, las habitaciones son limpias y agradables, la recepcionista es muy amable y dentro de los precios se encuentra en un rango muy accesible. Existen muchas habitaciones por lo que es fácil encontrar alguna aun sin reservación .

Un lugar bien conservado pero antiguo, en el Centro historico de Puebla capital, ideal para visitantes y comerciantes.
La verdad me gustó mucho mi estancia. El servicio al cliente es súper bueno, todos fueron muy amables y atentos todo el tiempo. La ubicación también está padrísima, cerca del centro, así que podías salir a caminar sin problema. Los cuartos están lindos, súper limpios y cómodos, aunque sí se nota que ya tienen sus añitos… como que el estilo es más clásico/antiguo, pero nada que arruine la experiencia. En general, volvería sin dudar.
Creo el sobrecupo influye en la atención espero mejoren en eso
